Customs

  • We have long-term experiences  with the direct and indirect representation of our customers in customs proceedings
          
  • We have qualified and experienced customs declaration and we can secure customs debt
     
  • GONDRAND, a.s. has received the following licences from the customs authorities:
    • "approved shipper"
    • "approved consignee"
    • "recipient authorised to accept selected products" subject to consumer tax in a regime of conditional tax exemption

Other Special Services (Intrastat, Consulting ……)

  • For our customers we provide processing and the evaluation of monthly statistical information concerning  intra-EU trade – INTRASTAT – including the electronic submission of these reports to the customs authorities

  • The Customs Directorate in Prague has permitted a "Licence for Repeated Acceptances of Selected Products subject to the Regime of Conditional Tax Exemption" to GONDRAND, a.s.

  • In particular, we provide services to wine merchants (event. beer and other alcoholic beverage merchants), forwarding their goods from abroad, accepting the goods in a regime of conditional tax exemption, reporting all the necessary data to the customs office and declaring and reimbursing consumer tax on behalf of the customer.
